4. Bookings and Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received.

  • Payment terms, deposit amounts, and deadlines are specified at the time of booking and vary by service.

  • All prices are quoted in the specified currency and may be subject to change prior to confirmation.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Shark Academy does not store full payment card details.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bookings are non-refundable.

  • Shark Academy does not issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, medical disqualifications, or unused services.

  • Guests may transfer their booking to a replacement participant, subject to approval and applicable deadlines.

  • Travel insurance and dive insurance are strongly recommended and remain the responsibility of the guest.

6. Health, Fitness, and Safety

  • Participation in diving and marine activities involves inherent risks.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all medical, fitness, certification, and experience requirements.

  • Medical certificates, liability waivers, and safety declarations must be completed truthfully prior to participation.

  • Shark Academy reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unfit or unsafe to dive, without refund.

7. Insurance

  • Dive insurance is mandatory for all diving activities and must cover scuba diving and related risks.

  • Guests are responsible for knowing the scope and limits of their insurance coverage.

  • Shark Academy is not responsible for losses not covered by a guest’s insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding, and media, is the property of Shark Academy or its licensors.

  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
